Launch of Athlone Art and Heritage website

"It is essential for Athlone Art and Heritage to have an informative user-friendly online presence," adds Catherine Yorke who is on a six-month internship and manages the website for Athlone Art and Heritage. "This is about building a relationship with a broad and varied audience and engaging our regular users, artists, researches and visitors by making the site informative and easy to use. The designers kept it fun, simple and fresh with an accessible approach. It's a space that will continue to evolve as we do".
The website was created by Athlone eCom, the company responsible for the very popular athlone.ie site. It has a clean look making it an attractive resource for people to access regular updates and news. The updates section shows the diverse range of activities and events in and around Athlone that are taking place while also integrating its social networking element.
