Hair condition and shine

Beautiful healthy hair is always in fashion. If the condition of the hair is dry it leads to a variety of problems such as colour fading, split ends and lack of lustre and shine. The remedy/cure first begins with the shampoo and conditioner you use. Firstly, they must be designed for the hair type you have i.e. fine, thinning, dry/brittle, greasy, normal, chemically damaged or coloured. You should know also that long hair could be normal at the root area but its condition could change as it goes towards the ends to dry/brittle.
When asked about their choice of shampoo some women say that they use what ever shampoo is in the shower at the time! Wrong answer. Would you purchase any brand face cleanser and moisturiser? Most women question what they use on their face so why not what they use on their hair? And please don't buy shampoo just because the colour of the bottle matches the interior of your bathroom or just because it smells nice.
Invest in a good quality shampoo. There is no point investing in conditioners if you don't begin at the first level, which is the shampoo. It is the building block to the condition of the hair. Then use a good conditioner to smooth down the cuticle i.e. the outside layer of the hair.
Treatments are important at least six times a year. But it is vital to choose the correct type i.e. either protein or moisture depending on what is required for your hair type.
