It seeks to encourage policy-makers and relevant stakeholders at all levels to take action with the aim of creating better opportunities for active ageing and strengthening solidarity between generations. On Wednesday, May 23, members of the Active Retired community were encouraged to get active at a gathering the Bloomfield House Hotel, Mullingar. Participants, including the Moate group, took, part in an exercise workshop and sports, arts and crafts events.
