Dave Farrelly of the Leinster Branch of the IRFU and members of Midland Warriors RFC brought the Grand Slam and Triple Crown Trophies to Moate Community School.

In welcoming these trophies and the representatives of the rugby fraternity, Principal Kevin Duffy congratulated them on the historic achievement and said that these successes would be an inspiration to all young people.

Midland Warriors representatives pointed out the structures and programmes they have in place and encouraged all to become involved in the club. They offer a full range of activities for all age groups, along with providing coaching for schools
