Disability Services Information event today

Westmeath Community Development is hosting its fifth Disability Services and Information Day, today (Wednesday) October 17, from 12 noon- 4pm in the Mullingar Park Hotel, Mullingar.

This event has gone from strength to strength over the years and provides a valuable opportunity for service providers and service users to meet and exchange valuable information.

"It is a great chance to meet people and exchange ideas and people might be losing out on valuable entitlements because they do not know about them," according Chairman of the Disability Working Group Hugh McGuire from Athlone.

The event is free to members of the public and is funded by Westmeath Community Development under the Local and Community Development Programme.
