Athlone brothers Ray and John Connellan have both been named in the Westmeath team for the Leinster final.

Westmeath make one change for leinster final clash

Westmeath manager Tom Cribbin has made one change to his starting line-up for Sunday's Leinster final in Croke Park.

Athlone's John Connellan, who scored two points after coming on as a sub in the semi-final victory over Meath comes into the team as a replacement for Lorcan Smyth.

The move means that John (26) and his brother Ray (21) will both start against the Dubs.

The team for the big game was announced this afternoon on the official Westmeath GAA Twitter account this afternoon. 

The team was announced as follows: Darren Quinn, Killian Daly, Kevin Maguire, John Gilligan, Paddy Holloway, Kieran Martin, James Dolan, Dennis Corroon, Darragh Daly, Ger Egan, Paul Sharry, Ray Connellan, John Connellan, John Heslin, Shane Dempsey.
