Athlone couple killed in Tunisia remembered

Larry and Martina Hayes from Athlone, who were killed in a terrorist attack in Tunisia in June 2015 will be remembered this weekend.

The couple, who lived in West Lodge, Athlone, were among 38 people killed in the tragedy.

A special Mass in St Patrick's Church, Trim, Meath, on Saturday at 3pm will remember all victims.

Along with remembering the victims, the Mass will also include prayers for their families and the survivors from Ireland, England, Germany, Portugal, Belgium and Russia.
