Man killed in road accident in Brideswell

A MAN in his 30s has been killed in a road accident in County Roscommon.
He was the driver of a car that was involved in a single vehicle accident at Cam Hill, Brideswell, at around 10.30pm last night.
The collision occurred on the R363 between Dysart and Brideswell when a car left the road and overturned. The man, who is in his late 30s, sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. A male passenger in his mid 30s was taken to Portiuncula Hospital in Ballinasloe with minor injuries. 
The scene is preserved and the R363 is currently closed at Cam Hill to facilitate Garda Forensic Collision Investigators. Diversions are in place.
