Pictured is Fergus O'Brien (13),son of Mr and Mrs Michael O'Brien,Publican,Drumeela,Co.Leitrim,who won the Senior Ballad Contest at Killeshandra Festival during the weekend.The eldest of a family of six he has already won many awards in juvenile competitions,including Mullingar and Carrick-on-Shannon Fleadhanna last year.This was his first attempt in senior competitions.He is a pupil at St.Felim's College,Ballinamore,issue 6313
