Christy Moore Concert Mullingar Park Hotel March 2013
There was a poignant story behind the journeys of brother and sister-in-law Stuart Haines, from Manchester, and Madeleine Ennis, from Belfast, who travelled to Mullingar to see Christy Moore in concert on Friday night. Stuart's wife Pauline - Madeleine's sister - died last year. The three were long-time fans of Christy's, and Madeline and Stuart asked, at his last concert, that he sing a song by way of tribute to Pauline. Christy sang "One last cold kiss", which greatly moved the two, who still greatly miss Pauline.
