Garnering plenty of praise and featuring on many best dressed lists, the stunning blue Suzanne Neville peplum number came from the popular Kadee Boutique in Pearse Street, Athlone.

On Twitter the TV3 personality enthused about owner Deirdre Kelly: "so many people asking about my dress it's @suzanneneville at Kadee Boutique in Athlone! Thanks so much Deirdre xxx" (sic).

Earlier this month, the acclaimed designer, known as the bridal and couture designer to the stars, visited the westside boutique to launch her new bridal collection. Having recently designed gowns for celebrity brides and presenters Kym Marsh, opera singer Katherine Jenkins, X-Factor judge Tulisa and ballet dancer Darcy Bussell, there was lots of interest among local brides-to-be in the Suzanne Neville 2013 collection.

Her handcrafted gowns use the techniques of contemporary couture. Well-known for beautifully constructed wedding gowns and glamorous evening dresses with signature-structured bodices, her collections are incredibly diverse, always using only the finest silks and hand embroideries. Famous fans include Strictly Come Dancing host Tess Daly, TV presenter Kirsty Gallacher and Coronation Street star Kym Marsh, to name but a few.
