It looks like Athlone's new TD is a bit of a mischievous comic book fan!

Deputy Kevin ‘Boxer’ Moran certainly cut a dash through the grey suits of Leinster House this week sporting a very eye catching tie!

Apparently, the said tie featuring Beano character Denis the Menace is actually 20 years old!
