Shocking news from Mount Temple

A community defibrillator in Mount Temple is currently out of action after key parts were stolen recently.

The defibrillator was located in a cabinet at Mount Temple Hall.

Representatives of the Tony Parker Memorial Fund were shocked on Tuesday morning to discover that the battery packs and pads had been removed from the cabinet.

It's believed the theft occurred within the last two weeks.

Gardai from Kilbeggan are investigating the incident.

The defibrillator has now been removed until funds are available to replace the stolen equipment.

Anyone with any information on the incident is asked to contact Rory from the Tony Parker Fund on 087 6960150 or Kilbeggan Gardai on 057 933 2102
