Craft beer festival taking place in Moate this weekend

The annual Midlands Craft Beer Festival returns to Moate tomorrow (Saturday) with an array of renowned Irish craft breweries set to make an appearance.

Taking place in Don's Bar from 3pm until late, the event will include live music and BBQ food.

One of the highlights this year is set to be the launch of Westmeath's first craft beer producer, Dead Centre Brewing.

Brews from McGargles, Whiplash, Trouble Brewing, Rascals and St Mel's Brewing Company will be pouring on the day, while Dan Kelly's Cider will also be represented.

Tickets for the event are priced €5 and will be available on the door.Â
