Celtic wedding ceremony at Clonmacnoise

Imelda Geraghty, proprietor of Circle of Life and daughter of Frank and Bridie Geraghty, Roscommon Road, recently tied the knot with Eric Dilworth at Clonmacnoise. She sailed up the Shannon from Athlone to Clonmacnoise on Michael McDonnell"s Viking ship. With family members and friends on board, what a site for the groom to behold the arrival of the Viking ship at Clonmacnoise with Imelda at the helm. The Celtic ceremony was performed by Kathleen Delaney in the gardens of Ard na Ri, overlooking the ancient monastic site of Clonmacnoise.
