Comedy Club coming to The Auld Shebeen & Club S

The Auld Shebeen and Club S in Moate is to launch its new comedy club on Saturday, October 22. Two acts, Bernard O'Shea and Alison Spittle, will be taking to the stage from 10pm to 12am to entertain you and make you laugh like you've never done so before. Bernard O'Shea (winner of the Harp Newcomer Comedy Award in 2000) has performed at many festivals including The Montreal Just for Laughs Comedy Festival and The Kilkenny Cats Laughs festival. He was also a presenter for i105-107 and is currently a Republic of Telly news reporter for RTÉ. To coincide with this, Alison Spittle of Ballymore (who is a presenter for iRadio) will be performing also. Doors Open at 9.30pm in Club S Discotheque which will be fully seated for the occasion! Show from 10pm-12am. Tickets cost €10 which also includes your admission to Club S Discotheque afterwards with DJ Gerry Johnstone! The compere for the night will be Comedian Barry Mc.
