Jewellery taken from Athlone home in daylight break-in

A quantity of jewellery and a small amount of cash was taken from a house in Retreat Park, Athlone during daylight hours on Friday last.

Gardai are looking for the public's help after the home was entered via a window, sometime between 6pm and 9pm on August 7.

Anyone who saw anything unusual in the area should call Athlone Garda Station 09064 98550.
