Met Éireann issues multiple weather warnings for tomorrow

Met Éireann has issued three separate weather warnings for tomorrow, Sunday, including a rainfall warning for Westmeath.

The first is Status Yellow Wind Warning for Donegal, Mayo and Sligo, between the hours of 6am and 9pm.

Winds will strengthen to reach mean speeds of 50 to 65 km/h, while gusts of between 90 to 100kmkm/h are predicted.

A second status yellow warning is for rainfall and applies to 11 counties, including Westmeath, Longford, Kildare, Offaly, Laois, Wicklow, Cavan, Donegal, Leitrim, Mayo and Sligo, between the hours of 7am and 11pm.

Persistent rainfall of between of 25 to 40mm is forecast.

Finally a status yellow wind warning is in place for Galway, Clare and Kerry, between the hours of midday and 10pm Sunday night.
