Date announced for Athlone Town's FAI Cup semi final
Athlone Town's first FAI Cup semi final in 22 years will be played on Sunday week, November 29.
The Town's opponents in the semi final will be determined tomorrow night.
Adrian Carberry's side will be facing either Bohemians or Dundalk, who play each other in a quarter-final that will be televised live on RTE on Friday evening, with kick-off at 7.45pm.
The FAI announced this afternoon that both of the 2020 Extra.ie FAI Cup semi-finals will be played on Sunday, November 29.
The other semi-final will involve the winners of tomorrow's games featuring Finn Harps against Shamrock Rovers, and Sligo Rovers against Derry City.
The final will then take place on Sunday, December 6, and will be played at the Aviva Stadium.
