Peacefully in the exceptional care of all the staff of Portiuncula Hospital, Ballinasloe. Sadly missed by his loving wife Joan, son Rory, daughters Aishling and Tara, grandchildren Mia, Heather, Harvey and Pippa, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Imelda McKiernan (née Ryan)

Hillquarter, Coosan, Athlone, Westmeath

Peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday 27 January. Sadly missed by her loving husband Michael, daughters Mary, Deirdre and Sineád, sons-in-law Pat, Shay and Stewart, sister-in-law Bridie Ryan, grandchildren Aisling, Niamh, Jamie, Paul, Evan and Rory, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions and by adhering to government guidelines, a private funeral will take place for Imelda for family members only.

Nuala Power (née Gannon)

Church Lane, Moate, Westmeath / Kenagh, Longford.

Peacefully, at The Midland Regional Hospital Tullamore, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her parents Daniel and Annie. Greatly missed by her beloved husband Tony, daughter Danielle, sons Paul, David and Michael, daughters in law Kelly, Orlaigh and Sinéad, son in law Brendan, adored grandchildren Adam, Rachel, Eli, Alanna, Luke, Reuben, Levi, Ella and Aaron, sisters Margaret, Teresa, Mary, Anne and Kitty, sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

In keeping with current government guidelines regarding public gatherings, a private funeral will take place for Nuala. Funeral Mass on Thursday at 12 noon in St. Patrick’s Church, Moate, with burial afterwards in Kilcleagh Cemetery, Castledaly.

Sean Martin

Kilmore, Lecarrow, Roscommon.

Peacefully, at his home, 26 January. Beloved husband of the late Mary and Dad of the late Eva. He will be sadly missed by his children Charlotte, Stuart, Judith, Paul, Elaine and Gillian, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren, brothers Gabriel and Barry, sister Patricia, extended family, neighbours and friends.

In accordance with current guidelines, Sean’s funeral will be strictly private. The funeral cortège will depart from his home on Thursday at 2.30pm and proceed directly to St John’s Cemetery, Lecarrow (via Ballybrogan and Glanduff). The Martin family very much appreciate your support at this time.
