VIDEO: Two groups of Athlone workers take up Jerusalema dance challenge!

The Jerusalema dance challenge is proving popular locally, with two more groups of workers in Athlone displaying their dancing skills this week in an effort to boost people's spirits.

Staff from both St Vincent's Care Centre and Argos in the town shared with us their videos of the upbeat, toe-tapping challenge.

At St Vincent's, Alvina Gibson, Lorraine McGowan, Sarah McEntegart, Julie Molloy, Geraldine Fitzmaurice and Una Molloy displayed a message of love as they strutted their stuff:

Meanwhile, staff transformed the Argos store in Athlone into a dance floor.

They showcased their moves in this neat video package which also captured the ways they were spending their time at home during the lockdown:
