Garda appointed to Ballymore

Ballymore has a Garda presence again after Garda Sean Glennon was transferred there from Athlone on Saturday last.

Garda Glennon is a very experienced member of An Garda Síochána who is very enthusiastic about taking up this new role following the retirement of Garda Liam Dowd from Ballymore station in early 2020.

A native of county Roscommon, Garda Glennon has been stationed in Athlone since January 2016. He previously served at Mullingar and prior to that was attached to Mayorstone Park Garda Station in Limerick.
