“Following our appointment on your loss, we proceed to carry out a detailed survey of the damage which forms the basis of the claim,” he says.
“We then meet with your Insurers’ appointed representative and finally we prepare and negotiate your claim to achieve the best possible settlement.
“In other words we take the stress away from the property owner in dealing with all aspects of the claim. We will address any concerns or queries that you may have in regard to your claim from the outset of our appointment,” he adds.
