National Lottery still waiting to hear from €6.4 million Athlone jackpot winner

The National Lottery is still waiting to hear from the holder of last Saturday's €6.4 million winning lotto ticket sold at Applegreen in Athlone's Arcadia Retail Park.

In a statement this afternoon (Thursday) a spokesperson said it was continuing to urge Lotto players in Athlone to check their tickets from last Saturday’s draw.

Neither the holder of €6.4 million jackpot ticket sold in Athlone, or the holder of a Lotto Plus 1 ticket which was sold in Castlebar and won the €1 million top prize last weekend, has come forward yet.

"We are waiting to hear from the €6.4 million jackpot winner who bought their ticket in Athlone for last Saturday's draw, as well as the Lotto Plus 1 €1 million winner who purchased their ticket in Castlebar.

"If you are one of these big winners, you should sign the back of your ticket and make contact with the prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or claims@lottery.ie and arrangements will be made for you to collect you prize," said the spokesperson.
