Tickets go on sale today (Friday, July 9) for Viva Palooza, a new series of live outdoor shows over the August Bank Holiday – taking place in Joe Lee's Bar & Music Venue, Tullamore from July 30 to August 1.

The line-up, organised by Cherrycool, the promoters behind the popular Castlepalooza festival which was held pre-Covid in Charleville Castle, includes some of the top talent including New Jackson, A. Smyth, AILSHA, Gemma Dunleavy, Thumper, Tullamore’s Tolü Makay and The Zen Arcade. More acts are set to be announced.

This summer's event follows the success of Cherrycool Promotions' Après Palooza in December 2020, which featured 10 individually curated events in the outdoor beer garden of Joe Lee's Bar which was transformed into a rustic ski lodge for the occasion.

Viva Palooza will also feature performances from popular comedians Colm O'Regan, Gearoid Farrelly and Tony Cantwell.
