VIDEO: Ballinasloe singer's superb piano-based take on 'Jolene'
Ballinasloe singer Rachel Goode has released a video of her own stripped back and slowed down version of the Dolly Parton classic Jolene.
The recording was for The Ivory Sessions, a series of piano-based performances involving producer, arranger and piano player Mark Cahill.
It's Rachel's latest foray into classic country after she released her version of Loretta Lynn's Coal Miner's Daughter as a single in July.
A classically trained soprano, Rachel completed a Masters in Opera Performance at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in Cardiff, and has been involved in a number of opera productions over the years.
