Westmeath Impressionist to appear on Late Late this Friday

A talented local impressionist is one of the guests featured in this week's line-up for the Late Late Show.

Conor Moore from Mullingar has made a name for himself as a talented sports impersonator.

With his very own show on Golf Channel on NBC and hundreds of millions of views online, the impressionist and comedian will be on the show to take on an array of famous Irish characters.

Conor has established himself across the golfing circuit for his hilarious impersonations of Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy and Sergio Garcia, with Sergio, in particular, applauding Conor with rave reviews. Conor’s two-minute sketch during the 2018 Masters went global and thanks to Garcia retweeting it to almost a million followers, it was played by a number of major American networks such as NBC, ABC, CNN and ESPN Sports Centre.

Other guests will include former Republic of Ireland captain and manager, Mick McCarthy, Ireland and Leinster rugby player Andrew Porter, celebrity hairstylist Andrew Fitzsimons and music from new folk band Ceol.
