Singer Rachel Goode and her band will play Moore Hall on May 21 next.

Rachel Goode to play Moore concert

Moore Community Council proudly presents Rachel Goode and her band in concert in Moore Community Hall on Saturday, May 21 at 8.30pm.

Local singer Rachel needs no introduction as she hails from Birchgrove, Ballinasloe, and being classically trained she has a strong voice that can uniquely cross through various genres.

Rachel would like to make it as a country music performer in Ireland; she has recently starred on the Glór Tire show on TG4 as well as featuring on the Late Late Show as one of the singers vying for a place to represent Ireland at the Eurovision.

The talented singer said she really wants to get into the country music industry, but the past two years have been very difficult as she has been out of work.

She is now really excited to be performing in Moore Community Hall and the opportunities it will afford her to help get her name out there and help promote her future in the music industry.

Her debut single, a version of Loretta Lynn's 'Coal Miner's Daughter', was released last summer and she recently released another country single, 'Tennessee Waltz'.

Tickets for the concert at €12 can be purchased online via: https://buytickets.at/moorecommunityhall and from Moore Community Office 090-9673538. A great night's entertainment is promised.

Thanks to Roscommon County Council and Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media for funding support under the Local Live Performance Programming Scheme. Please note this is a ticket-only event.
