Local child donates over €400 to South Westmeath Hospice

Ellie May Lynch (6) from Castlesampson recently presented a cheque for €450 to the South Westmeath Hospice.

The local girl decided to set up a little shop at Christmas, selling some of her toys and then decided she would donate the proceeds to the South Westmeath Hospice.

She presented the cheque to Clare Lennon, Chairperson of the hospice committee.

Ellie May is a pupil at Castlesampson NS and is the daughter of Benny and Cathriona Lynch.
