It’s an exciting time in the growth of the company and, indeed, the technology sector in Ireland. We look forward to continued growth and success from our Athlone base.”

The Tech Excellence Awards took place during a black-tie ceremony on Wednesday, May 25 in the Royal Marine Hotel, Dublin. Now in its 20th year, the awards programme recognises excellence in the design, implementation and support of technology solutions and services in Ireland.

Ashling Cunningham, awards judge and CIO of Irish Water said, “The enthusiasm and excellence demonstrated by these Awards show the strength and depth of the IT Industry and how it has reached into all walks of our lives giving enormous benefits to individuals and companies.”

The company recently announced the creation of 75 jobs at its Athlone base, following an investment of €4.5 million in the business. As part of this investment, Sidero also launched a new consulting arm to reduce hiring timelines and enhance company growth and project delivery for customers.
