Curtain about to go up on Athlone Community College musical

Students of Athlone Community College are preparing to take to the stage for a four-night production of the musical Grease in the Dean Crowe Theatre.

The performances get underway tonight (Tuesday) and will continue each night up to and including this Friday, November 18.

The school said it was thrilled to be returning to the stage with Grease, having long looked to forward to again showcasing the tremendous talent and dedication that exists among its student body.

The curtain goes up each night at 8pm, and tickets were priced at €16.50 / €13.50.

At the time of writing, Friday's closing performance was sold out on the venue's website, and there were only a small number of tickets remaining for the other three nights.
