Westmeath trainee solicitor ranked 5th best speaker internationally

A trainee solicitor from Glasson, who was a member of the Law Society of Ireland team that participated in an international event in Florida in April is now ranked 5th best speaker internationally.

Emma Kennedy (on right above) of the legal firm Arthur Cox), together with Ruby Barlow (DLA Piper), Dublin 6, and Sophie Quinlan (A&L Goodbody), Wicklow, placed second in Stetson International Environmental Moot Court Competition at Stetson Law in Gulfport, Florida, which took place from 13-15 April 2023.

The Law Society team is coached by Director of Education of the Law Society, T P Kennedy.
