Westmeath pop star leads The Voice US contestant to win the competition
Pop star Niall Horan has managed to coach the winner of the Voice US in his first season as a mentor on the singing competition. Niall said he couldn't be more proud of Gina.
The winner of the 23rd season of the show was Gina Miles, an 18-year-old pop singer based in Sacramento, California.
Gina performed Style by Taylor Swift and Nothing Compares 2 U by Sinead O'Connor for finale. As a result of winning the competition she will sign a recording contract with Universal Music Group.
Niall recently announced tour dates for his new album 'The Show' in the UK, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia and the US.
Tickets for his concert in the 3Arena, Dublin on February 23 will go on general sale via Ticketmaster at 10am on Friday, June 2.
