The launch of the Westmeath senior camogie championship took place on Wednesday evening in TEG Cusack Park.

This Sunday, August 20, will see the start of the highly anticipated Westmeath senior and junior club championships.

The official championship launch took place on Wednesday August 16 in TEG Cusack Park with the announcement of our headline sponsors.

David Smyth Catering is the official sponsor of the senior camogie championship, while Deelside Coaches is sponsoring the junior championship.

Westmeath camogie thanks the sponsors for their ongoing support.

The senior championship kicks off on Sunday at 11am, while the junior championship begins at 2pm.

The senior championship will see Delvin take on Raharney, Lough Lene Gaels take on St Brigid's, Castletown Geoghegan take on Clonkill, Drumraney take on Cullion and Crookedwood have a bye.

The junior championship will see Southern Gaels take on Drumraney, St Munna's take on Castlepollard, Clonkill take on Brownstown and Oliver Plunkett's CC have a bye.

The Westmeath junior camogie championship begins on Sunday.
