Paul Noonan of Bell X1, the band is one of the latest additions to an impressive line-up for the Roscommon summer music festival, Night and Day.

Night and Day, the summer music festival in Lough Key in Roscommon, has announced the initial line-up of musical acts for next year’s festival.

Bell X1, Mick Flannery, Cry Before Dawn, Morgana and Ailbhe Reddy among acts added to play Night and Day 2024.

The announcement today adds to the already announced acts of Damien Dempsey, Susan O’Neill, Ash, and The Undertones, Gemma Hayes, The 4 of Us, Frank & Walters.

Legendary cover band The Mersey Beatles from the UK will headline on Friday, June 28, to welcome ticketholders to the arena.

Other new additions to the over 20s festival include Daoiri Farrell Trio, Dea Matrona, Mik Pyro, Caleb Kunle, Chalk, Kynsy, Roisin El Cherif, Death Milkshake, Mega Trad, Last Apollo, Still Blue and The Kates.

The festival, which takes place between June 28 to 30, allows attendees to explore the beautiful grounds and campsite at Lough Key Forest Park, outside Boyle in Roscommon. Families will also be able to avail of the on-site activities such as zip-lining courses, tree-top walks, etc.

Festival Director Brendan Hurley said: “We’re delighted to announce more great Irish acts for Night and Day 2024. It has been a privilege to showcase so much great home grown talent are we’re committed to continuing to do so.

More acts will be announced in the coming months.

The festival is a strictly over-20s event but also caters to families with lots of family-focused activities available at the cultural site.

Tickets for Night and Day are on sale now at https://nightandday.ie/ for €149 for weekend camping tickets.

Bus Eireann will be running bus services from Dublin, Portlaoise, Galway and Sligo to the festival.
