The Westmeath team has been named for Saturday's game.

Fortune's side face big step up against Dublin

Westmeath manager Joe Fortune has named his team for the big clash with Dublin at Parnell Park tomorrow and he will be hoping Raharney's Killian Doyle - selected at corner forward - will be fit to make his first start of the year.

Doyle, a prolific free taker and one of the county's leading hurlers, has been nursing an injury for some time now and is chosen alongside Joey Boyle and David O'Reilly in the inside forward line.

Tommy Doyle lines out at full back, with Kevin Regan at number six and Robbie Greville and Shane McGovern man the midfield berths.

Westmeath are looking for their first win over the Metropolitans since 1984. Dublin, under Micheál Donoghue, former Galway manager, will be a serious step up from last week's Antrim game, but Westmeath will go into Saturday's game on the back of a well deserved victory over the Glensmen.
