Roscommon make two changes for Kerry clash
The Roscommon team to play Kerry in Division 1 of the Allianz Football League tomorrow (Sunday) shows two changes from the side which was defeated by Mayo in their last outing.
Niall Daly of Pádraig Pearses and Conor Hussey come into the half-back line with Robbie Dolan and James Fitzpatrick the two players to lose out in the reshuffle.
Having returned to inter-county action against Mayo, Clann na nGael's Ultan Harney is again among the substitutes, but Ben O'Carroll remains a conspicuous absentee.
Roscommon are currently on three points, garnered from their win over Monaghan (bottom of the table on two points) and draw with Galway. Davy Burke's side need to pick up something on Sunday to boost their hopes of avoiding relegation.
Despite plenty of attacking talent in their squad, Roscommon have registered their lowest scoring total in Division 1 thus far and will be looking for an improvement on Sunday.
Kerry manager Jack O'Connor has made two changes to his team, with regular midfielder Diarmuid O’Connor and Conor Geaney dropping out of the match-day panel. Barry Dan O'Sullivan and Darragh Roche come into the team as their replacements.
However, the Clifford brothers (David and Paudie) and Seán O'Shea are selected in the forward line.
Sunday's game at Dr Hyde Park (throw-in 1.45pm) will be televised live on TG4.
