Howe about that? Athlone Town player adds to awards with 'goal of the month' prize

April was a memorable month for Athlone Town's Casey Howe, who was voted as the SSE Airtricity Women's Premier Division Player of the Month.

And, adding to that, her deft finish in Athlone's 3-1 win against Peamount United on April 13 has today been named as the 'goal of the month' across both the men's and women's League of Ireland divisions.

Ciaran Kilduff's Athlone Town women's side are in action at home to Wexford this Saturday (kick-off at 7.30pm).
