Local house hunters sought for new 'Help Me Buy A Home' TV series
The production company behind the TV show Help Me Buy A Home on Virgin Media One is looking for house hunters to take part in its upcoming second series.
Animo TV, which produces the show, said it's currently looking for "people from all over Ireland who are at different stages of their home buying journey".
"Whether you are mortgage approved and ready to buy or still navigating the paperwork maze, (host) Liz O'Kane will help them explore new possibilities, from alternative locations, to considering fixer-uppers or new builds."
The Help Me Buy a Home series aims to "put the power into the hands of house hunters" by offering "frank assessments of the difficulties within the Irish housing market and practical solutions to overcome these challenges".
The producers said Liz O'Kane's mission on the show is to "demystify the home-buying process and provide invaluable guidance, from identifying suitable properties to navigating the intricacies of surveys, solicitor's fees, and paperwork".
Podcasters PJ and Kevin, from the show I'm Grand Mam will also be joining Liz to provide "their own unique style" of explaining the housing market.
