Fiddlers challenge raises almost €7k for St Hilda's

Six customers of the Fiddlers Bar, Athlone, recently took place in the Movember Challenge in aid of St Hilda’s Services.

All proceeds from this fundraising event will go towards the planning for a high quality community house by St Hilda's. The project aims to provide a home for individuals that they can live in dignity and respect with health care supports that meet their needs. This new home will cater for adult service users with an intellectual disability along with complex medical needs.

St. Hilda’s were delighted to be the benefactors of this great fun event and extended their thanks to Tracey Thompson, the six individuals who partook in the event and to all the regulars of the Fiddlers Bar Athlone who so generously contributed to this fundraising event, raising a total of €6,842.50.
