Connacht's Jack Carty says reaction to new health supplement has been 'crazy'

Connacht Rugby star Jack Carty has said the weeks following the launch of his Thrive One health supplement have been overwhelmingly positive.

Launched in March of this year, the new health supplement is geared towards balancing male hormones.

It was built with the guidance of former Connacht team doctor Dr Alan Farrell, and aims to provide "safe and effective natural formulations, and an unconventional, entertaining, and honest approach to nutrition and education".

"There has been resounding feedback on the positive impact people are experiencing," Jack said. "Numerous individuals have shared how much better their sleep is, while others have noted improvements in focus and productivity throughout the day.

"Many have also commented on how they’re performing better in their lives as athletes, partners, and in their professional work since using Thrive One."

The 32-year-old Athlone native said his interest in seeking natural solutions to enhance his strength, recovery, and overall wellness throughout his athletic career inspired him to set up the brand.
