Ballycumber's Rose encourages brown bread baking entries
Ballycumber woman Rose Egan is encouraging people to enter the National Brown Bread Baking Competition
Rose, who was last year's winner, said: “The competition truly was one of the best experiences ever. I encourage everyone to enter, no matter how skilled you are as a baker. You could be the lucky winner! It’s really as they say – if you’re not in it, you can’t win it!”.
Rose is a native of Bealnamulla in South Roscommon.
The National Brown Bread Baking Competition is sponsored by Euronics in association with the National Ploughing Association (NPA) and the Irish Countrywomen’s Association (ICA).
