Male youth seriously injured in Kiltoom accident

Athlone Gardai are investigating the circumstances surrounding a road traffic accident at Curragmore, Kiltoom on Sunday evening last in which a male youth sustained serious injuries.

Gardai were called to the scene of the single vehicle road traffic collision at Curraghmore at approximately 8pm on Sunday evening last, June 29.

A male youth was conveyed to hospital for treatment of injuries which are believed to be serious but non-life threatening.

A statement from the Garda Press Office said investigations into the incident are ongoing.
