The winner of the 12th annual Nose Of Tralee pet competition was announced on Tuesday evening, August 19.

This year’s crown goes to Mr Cooper, a two-year-old mini Bernedoodle from Tipperary. The runner-up is Buddy, a blind senior rescue cat proudly representing Mayo.

Over 56,000 votes were cast in the national competition, which featured cats, dogs, and even a goat from each of the 32 counties.
