Students of Athlone's Marist College elect Head Boy and Deputy Head Boy

This week saw voting take place for the position of Head Boy and Deputy Head Boy at the Marist College in Athlone.

These roles have been a feature of Marist history for many years and are awarded to two sixth year students who embody the Marist values in all aspects of school life.

This year’s worthy recipients are Barra Powell, Head Boy, and Andrew Henson, Deputy Head Boy.

Both students will be actively involved in Marist events throughout the academic year and the school wished them the best of luck in their new roles.
