Ferbane comedian announces Moate stop on new 2026 tour
Ferbane comedian Tadhg J Devery will be back on the road in 2026 with a brand-new show 'Pints, Dentures, & Rock n' Roll in the Country'.
The tour will kick off on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at the Bridge House Hotel in Tullamore, with a total of 14 dates across the country.
A stop at Moate's Tuar Ard Arts Centre is planned for Saturday, April 25, 2026.
Devery describes the show as a full-throttle leap into madness.
"I am ramping up this whole live situation. This time its not just having the craic, it's absolutely out of control.
"You might experience the odd jump scare, you might shed a tear, you might be rocked out of your seats, and you might see a full monty like never before.”
Along with the chaos, there’ll be a raft of new characters making their debut. One of them, a failed country-rock singer from Roscommon, Johnny
“The Jelly-Tot” Kelly, has never appeared in any of Tadhg’s videos and is set to bring a whole new kind of mayhem to the stage.
Joining him is Brendan, the now-infamous undertaker who hates to see good clothes go to waste and will sell them for a tidy profit, along with a few more surprises Tadhg is keeping under wraps for now.
Described as his most unhinged and outrageous night out yet, Pints, Dentures & Rock and Roll in the Country cranks the chaos, energy, and sheer unpredictability into overdrive.
'Pints, Dentures, & Rock n' Roll in the Country' comes off the back of his last tour 'A Day In The Country' which had what he described as an 'unreal' reaction from audiences.
"The response [was] unreal," he said.
"People tell me it's hard to find a comedian as genuinely funny these days, or that they haven't laughed that hard in a long time, which is a great compliment to receive.
"I learned so much from doing A Day in the Country that I kept pushing it, changing it, adding to it, until eventually I realised I couldn’t change it anymore. So I said right, time to build something new from the ground up. And everything I learned from that first show is now fuelling this one."
