Yellow wind warning for region as Storm Bram approaches
Westmeath, Offaly and Roscommon are subject to a yellow wind warning throughout Tuesday as Storm Bram is set to hit Ireland.
Met Éireann says it will bring very strong to gale force southerly winds.
The entire country is subject to the yellow warning, which spans from 3am Tuesday to 9pm Tuesday.
Eleven counties are subject to an orange wind warning.
An orange warning has been issued for Cork, Kerry, Waterford, and Wexford from 7am on Tuesday until 3pm.
There is also an orange wind warning for Clare, Limerick, Donegal, Galway, Leitrim, Mayo, and Sligo. The warning comes into effect on Tuesday at 10pm until 6pm on Tuesday.
