Westmeath footballers make two changes for Laois trip
Mark McHugh has named his Westmeath team to play Laois in Division 3 of the Allianz National Football League in O'Moore Park tomorrow evening at 6pm.
The starting team shows two changes to that which defeated Fermanagh in TEG Cusack Park Mullingar on Sunday last with Harry Niall replacing Jonathan Lynam in centrefield and Robbie Forde coming in for Danny McCartan in the full forward line.
At the midway point of their league campaign Westmeath are well placed to achieve promotion back to Division 2 and will be looking to sustain the second half form they showed against Fermanagh when they overcame a seven point half-time deficit to win by twelve points.
Westmeath have three wins from their four league games played to date with Laois winning one and drawing one of their Division 3 fixtures this campaign.
