KMK owner re-elected for third term in Top European position

Kurt Kyck from KMK Metals Recycling, who have facilities in Kilbeggan and Tullamore has been re-elected as President of the European Electronics Recyclers Association for a third consecutive term following this week’s AGM in Amsterdam.

Having first taken on the presidency in 2019, Kurt continues to play a key role in shaping the future of Europe’s WEEE recycling sector.

Managing Director of Ireland’s leading e-waste and metals recycling facility, KMK Metals Recycling, Kurt was first elected President of EERA in 2019, having joined the organisation in 2008 and served on the board since 2013.

His focus remains on strengthening industry influence and contributing to major legislative developments, including the Circular Economy Act and the upcoming WEEE Directive review.
