All-Ireland Drama Festival draw to take place on Monday

The draw for the running order at the 2026 RTÉ All-Ireland Drama Festival will take place on Monday, April 6.

The nine finalists will learn their fate when the draw takes place in the home of the Festival, the Dean Crowe Theatre next week.

This year's finalists have been confirmed ahead of the draw and they are Balally Players (Dundrum, Co Dublin), Ballycogley Players (Co Wexford), Brideview Drama Group (Tallow, Co Waterford), Bridge Drama (Castlebridge, Co Wexford), Bunclody-Kilmyshall Drama Group (Co Wexford), Corofin Dramatic Society (North Clare), Dalkey Players (Co Dublin), Kilmeen Drama Group (Clonakilty, Co Cork) and Wexford Drama Group (Co Wexford).

The 2026 RTÉ All-Ireland Drama Festival, a long-time mainstay in social fabric of Athlone, will take place from April 30-May 8.
